Job Description

We Exhibit is opening a position for an Assistant to the HR Manager, supporting the activities of personnel management and coordination within the company.

The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to handling the necessary procedures, ensuring a smoother and more organised workflow within the department.

Main responsibilities:

- Supporting the recruitment process: managing job postings, screening CVs and organising interviews
- Assisting the HR Manager in evaluating and developing new and existing recruitment channels
- Supporting the administration of HR operations, including recording working hours, leave, absences, as well as organising medical check-ups and health & safety training
- Assisting with onboarding new hires: preparing materials and providing training support
- Working alongside the HR Manager in employee meetings, assessing skills, career development and workload management
- Maintaining and updating HR records and documentation
- Providing general support in the organisation and functioning of the HR department

General requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interest in HR and personnel management
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Organised and detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Proactivity, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly

Specific requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheets, Drive and Gmail

Location: We Exhibit headquarters (Venice)
Contract type: Fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension)
Working hours: Full-time (5 days per week), on-site
Period: 1 October 2025 – 31 January 2026 (with possible continuation)
